Company Law

Company Law is a broad definition – which we therefore give a broad definition indeed. Company Law not only includes choosing specific legal forms, disputes between shareholders and directors , acquisitions, and so on. In particular, anything that is involved with “doing business” also explicitly forms part of this area of expertise. This may refer to drawing up and assessment of contracts and general terms and conditions, disputes about how work has been carried out and conducting debt collection proceedings.
